Fixed Ops Roundtable
Who: Service Managers and Fixed Operations Directors from ADAGP member dealerships
What: Our first meeting will include an open forum to discuss some of the key takeaways you’d like to see from these roundtables. Subsequent meetings will feature speakers and experts on pre-determined topics and include an independent 3rd party moderator. Every meeting will include dedicated time to share ideas, best practices and other relevant industry trends with peers to improve efficiency and productivity in the dealership’s Fixed Operations.
Where: ADAGP Offices in East Norriton
When: 3rd Tuesday of the last month of each quarter
Why: To focus on processes and ideas that can build fixed business. Similar to a “20 Group,” the goal is to receive and share helpful tips with peers, regardless of the auto brands represented. The group works through problems faced in all dealerships using industry benchmarks and real-world examples as the basis for each discussion.
Price: $50 per meeting, includes lunch.
