Facility Rental
The ADAGP has several meeting spaces available for our members’ use at our East Norriton Headquarters. Available meeting amenities include screens, projectors, flip charts, podiums, microphones (wireless handheld and lavalier) with sound system, Polycom conference phone, easels, and wifi and Ethernet internet access. Use of a full color printer/copier is available for a nominal fee. Full service catering is also available; menus and additional information will be provided when the space is booked.

Meeting Spaces:
Board Room
Capacity: 22 People
Designed for board meetings and conferences, this “flagship” room seats 22 people at the board table with sufficient room for more attendees around-the-room. It is equipped with a built-in 52 inch LCD television and DVD player. Drop down projection, a conference telephone and wireless internet access are also available.

Main Level Training Room
Capacity: 80 People
While our large training room can accommodate up to 80 people classroom style, it also features an air wall that divides the space into two smaller training rooms. The larger of these rooms (Training Room B) can accommodate 50 people classroom style or 30 conference style; the smaller room (Training Room A) can accommodate 30 people classroom style or 24 conference style.

Lower Level Training Room
Capacity: 20 People
This training area is adjacent to the showroom and has classroom seating for 20 people. This room features a 50 inch, high definition television and wireless internet access.

Capacity: Up to 4 Vehicles
The lower level showroom is perfect for new vehicle introductions, sales training ride & drives and product training. It offers over 2,220 square feet and can house up to four vehicles.
